Learn how to make glass mosaic with glass artist Katherine Russell!
You will create your own design for a 12”x12” (or 12”x16” if you have the time) composition using pattern or imagery. We will cut coloured sheet glass into tesserae that you will then puzzle together and glue into place. This class format allows for any amount of detail to be achieved. A basic design can be completed in this class time, but participants have over a week to work on a more complex design if desired (outside of class time, studio drop-in fee is included). All pieces will be grouted together on the last day of class.

When: Saturday April 11th 10am-4pm, to create your mosaic AND Saturday April 18th 10am-12pm for grouting
Where: Elkford Art Studio
Minimum 10, Maximum 20
Open to ages 16+
$155/person (includes all supplies for both days)
*Participants will be given limited access to the Elkford Art Studio the week of April 11-18 to complete their projects on their own time if required
